Gochujang with European chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet, 125g
  • gochujang paste, 1 tsp
  • oil, 2 tsp
  • honey, 1 tsp
  • soy sauce, 1 tbsp
  • oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
  • potato starch, 1/2 tbsp

Use all the ingredients except the potato starch to prepare the marinade. Marinate the meat for 30 minutes, then remove it from the marinade and fry for about 10 minutes to keep it juicy. Add the starch to the remaining marinade, stir vigorously, and cook the sauce – about 1 minute, until thickened. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve with rice and fresh or pickled vegetables.
