Adobo with European chicken
Try making Adobo with European chicken. The meat will be incredibly tender and juicy!

Ingredients:
- boneless chicken thighs, 8 pieces
- oil, 2 tbsp
- onion, 1 piece
- garlic, 3 crushed cloves
- rice vinegar, 75ml
- sugar, 1 tsp
- soy sauce, 120ml
- ginger, 30g, grated
- chili peppers, 1-2 pieces
- bay leaf, 2 pieces
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Fry the thighs in hot oil, adding the onions at the end. Pour the previously prepared sauce into the pan, add the peppers and bay leaf, and simmer until the meat is tender – about 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
