Strong interest in European poultry at Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026
The EU POULTRY campaign stand at Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City attracted numerous industry representatives interested in cooperating with European suppliers. Intensive discussions with importers, distributors, and HoReCa sector representatives confirmed the growing importance of the European Union as a trade partner in the Vietnamese market.

The trade fair, held on March 24–26, 2026, provided an opportunity for direct business meetings and the presentation of European poultry offerings in the context of the rapidly developing Southeast Asian market.
At the center of attention was the European poultry offer — chicken, turkey, duck, goose, and guinea fowl — produced in accordance with strict EU standards for food safety, quality, and full traceability. Trade fair participants eagerly sought detailed information regarding product specifications, supply capabilities, and terms of cooperation.
An important element of the presence at the fair were B2B meetings, during which specific market needs and potential directions for the development of trade cooperation were discussed. Direct contact with European exporters made it possible to better understand the expectations of partners from the region.
Business discussions were complemented by live cooking shows and tastings, showcasing the practical use of European poultry in modern gastronomy. The selfie zone, encouraging visitors to capture their visit to the stand, also attracted considerable interest.
The EU POULTRY stand was visited by Piotr Harasimowicz, Head of the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) in Vietnam. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss further development of cooperation and strengthening the presence of European poultry on the Vietnamese market.
Participation in the trade fair confirmed the growing interest in European poultry and the importance of direct business relationships in the dynamically developing Southeast Asian region.
