After the Seoul Food, & Hotel 2026 trade shows
Over four days, the Seoul Food & Hotel 2026 trade show hosted a series of meetings, business discussions, and presentations. Experts from the EU POULTRY campaign made another visit to Seoul, further enhancing the European poultry industry’s foothold in one of Asia’s most dynamic and promising food markets.

The participation in the trade show highlighted the growing interest in poultry products that adhere to high standards of quality, food safety, and supply chain transparency.
The EU POULTRY campaign booth served as an engaging platform for discussions on business opportunities and knowledge exchange, showcasing innovative solutions from the European poultry sector.
What happened at the EU POULTRY booth?
- B2B meetings with industry representatives – discussions regarding opportunities for cooperation, product specifications, market requirements, and potential areas of growth.
- Live cooking demonstrations – showcasing the use of European poultry in modern gastronomy and providing culinary inspiration for professionals in the HoReCa sector.

A wide range of European poultry products was presented at the trade fair, including chicken, turkey, duck, goose, and guinea fowl – all produced in compliance with EU standards for safety, quality, and complete traceability.
